Shipping

As a one woman show, I aim to ship your order within 2-3 working days. As soon as your parcel begins its journey, I’ll send you the tracking details so you can follow along. If you’re ordering from outside the Netherlands, PostNL will hand your package over to your local courier once it reaches your country. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Europe (standard shipping): €12,50

flat rat ceramics currently ships to the following countries within Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Returns & Damaged Items

Because every piece is handmade with care, I hope you’ll love your pottery as soon as it arrives. If for any reason you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please send me a message first via email or Instagram, and package your item carefully so it doesn’t get damaged in transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the item must arrive safely and in its original condition to qualify for a refund.

If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact me within 72 hours of receiving your parcel with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll make it right by either sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Please note that if an item is broken after delivery due to accidental damage or misuse, I am not able to offer a refund or replacement.
