  • Handmade physical ceramics.

  • We sell only in the Netherlands and EU.

  • Colors and images may slightly differ from the real product due to screen differences.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • You can pay via Google Pay, Apple Pay, and credit cards.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment goes through. If payment fails, your order will not be shipped, but you can try again.

  • Prices include VAT.

4. Shipping and Returns

  • Shipping info, delivery times, and returns are on our [Shipping & Returns page].

  • Customers pay for shipping and return shipping costs.

5. Defective Products

  • Report any defective items within 72 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will replace the item or refund your order.
